The Ulugbek Foundation for Support of Talented Youth organized a spiritual, educational, literary and scientific event entitled “Mahmudkhodja Behbudiy and Turkestan Jadidism”.

The event was actively attended by professors and teachers of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, tutors, coordinators of the primary organization of the Youth Union, and a number of talented students.

At the event, the Deputy Chairman of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, Ghairat Majid, in his report on the topic “Mahmudkhodja Behbudiy and Turkestan Jadidism”, introduced the Jadidism movement, journalistic articles, dramaturgy, and scientific and educational activities of our great enlightener grandfather, one of the founders of Jadidism.

After that, Dilshod Karimov, a correspondent for the newspaper "Xalq so'zi", spoke about today's scientific and creative processes and shared his thoughts on the quotes from the article published in the newspaper "Xalq so'zi" by the honored journalist of Uzbekistan, Otkir Rahmatov, on the issues raised.

Also, professors, teachers, tutors and talented students of higher educational institutions in the regions participated in the studios via the ZOOM platform.
