Information about psychologist Safarova Elmira Muqimjonovna of the Tashkent State Dental Institute

 Safarova Elmira Muqimjonovna was born on November 18, 1987 in the city of Fergana, in a family of intellectuals, with a higher education, a master, a family.

 E.Safarova graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Fergana State University in 2010 with a degree in “Psychology”.

 In 2013-2019 he worked as a psychologist of the Yashnabad Vocational College of computer technology of Tashkent City, in 2020-2022 as a graduate student of the National University of Uzbekistan.

E.Safarova has been working as a psychologist at the Tashkent State Dental Institute from 2020 to now.

Order No. 600 was amended to Order No. 373 of the minister of Higher and middle special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 11, 2022. The activities of a psychologist of the higher education system belong to the field of educational services and aim to improve the quality and efficiency of training, to educate a competent person and to ensure his full-fledged psychological development. The object of research and interaction of psychological activity is students, teachers and parents.

  The psychologist of the institute carries out his activities in close contact with the vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational work, faculties, medical staff, certain commissions, parents and the team of the Institute.

The general leadership for the post of psychologist of the institute is led by the rector of the Institute.

Types of psychological services introduced at the Tashkent State Dental Institute;

 Psychoprophylaxis;

 Psychological propaganda and enlightenment;

 Psychodiagnostic works;

 Psychocorrectional works;

 Psychological consultation (consultation)

 

Psychoprophylaxis is a special type of activity of the psychologist of the Institute and is considered to create a healthy psychological environment for students and professors and provide optimal conditions for the development of their personality.

 

 The main tasks of psychological prevention work are as follows:

-formation as a person, the creation of rational conditions for ensuring mental perfection;

- timely prevention of psychological defects and disorders that may arise at the height of personality maturity and intellectual development;

- to carry out their work on the adaptation of the student to a certain condition (heart), to do this, to establish special groups related to social adaptation, to eliminate neurotic conditions, to work with students with difficult upbringing and to work separately with their parents, group leader and hakozo);

- participation in the process of admission of students to the first stage, determination of the level of psychological training for their higher education-system, development of an individual program of work with students in cooperation with professors and teachers;

- professors and teachers study the psychological root of conflicts, family conflicts that arise between employees, teachers, parents, analyze the motives that cause them, show the true nature of interpersonal relationships, provide advice on ways to alleviate and completely eliminate emergency situations;

- to establish individual work with individuals who strive for youth guilt, addiction, light marriage, Qing'ir way of enrichment;

- conduct psychological and pedagogical impact practices in students, especially in students living in student housing and rent, in the formation of social adaptation skills and elimination of their social problems;

  The work – direction of psychic development and psychocorrection requires a psychologist to actively influence the process of structuring the personality and intellect of students, professors and teachers. In this direction, the psychologist performs the following specific works:

- developmental and psychocorrectional work is organized by a psychologist in various forms, situations and situations:

a) a special work of a practical psychologist, the training of which can be carried out separately with some students is planned.

b) each activity of students will be carried out in a special way and will be aimed at educational influence on student groups;

c) it is envisaged that parents train pedagogical teams in the manner of educational activities with the participation of employees of the Institute.

 Methods for carrying out the activities of an institute psychologist can be as follows:

- conducting a lecture series and training sessions with university professors, students in order to cultivate and promote psychological culture, disseminating them;

- conducting psychoprophylaxis and correctional work with students who stand on accounts on various occasions;

 Tasks of the psychologist of the Institute:

 study of the moral and psychological climate in the institute, its impact on the student's personality;

 protection of students who are being repressed by adults and conducting individual work with them (individual conversation with students);

Psychological propaganda and enlightenment
