Mukhtarama Ulug‘ova was born in 1952 in the city of Margilan.
In 1972-1977, she worked as a teacher at the Margilan city pedagogical school. Mukhtarama Ulug‘ova, who began her journalistic career in the “Saodat” magazine, worked as a section editor, deputy editor-in-chief in the “Xalq so‘zi” newspaper, and senior editor at the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan.
Poems: The first collection of poems entitled “Boychechak’s Dreams” was published in 1983, followed by the collections of poems entitled “Muhabbatga to‘ymasman sira” (1985), “Kunlaring bag‘ri keng” (1987), and “Ey dilim!” (2008). In memory of the people's poets of Uzbekistan Zulfiyakhanim and Hamid Olimjon, "Those who are immortal in the Palace of Love".
Awards: "Shuhrat" medal, title of "Honored Cultural Worker of Uzbekistan", awarded the "Mehnat Shuhrati" order.
Currently, he works as an advisor to the head of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment.
