I wish you great success at this important stage of your life in your studies and in your scientific work in implementing projects full of innovative ideas.

In recent years, under the leadership of the President, comprehensive work on the improvement of the higher education system is being carried out, and the results of these efforts are showing their results. In particular, in order to further strengthen the criteria of transparency and fairness in the admission process, new reforms have come into effect this academic year. A new procedure for the admission process was introduced based on the principle of "test first, then selection", and bachelor's and master's specialties were approved. This will make it easier for students to choose their education, as well as to get a job as a specialist in the future.

In order for our students to learn according to the most advanced educational standards of the world, to be aware of the latest scientific achievements, a lot of educational literature has been translated into Uzbek. In particular, special attention is paid to the translation of foreign publications related to the fields of engineering, energy, information technology and artificial intelligence.

Provision of accommodation for students is also an important issue, and this year, in order to create convenience for students, the online service of submitting an application for placement in the dormitories of state higher educational institutions was introduced. In this way, the placement of students in residences was ensured more transparently and conveniently, and unnecessary wanderings were prevented.

Studentship is a time of great discoveries and opportunities. Make the most of it, pursue new knowledge, make friends, make plans for the future and cherish every moment. Do not forget that quality education is closely related to your diligence and determination in the pursuit of knowledge!
