On April 5, 2023, in the conference hall of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, an international scientific and practical conference named "DOLZARB PROBLEMS OF ORTHOPEDIC STOMATOLOGY AND ORTHODONTICS" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor Nigmatov Rakhmatilla Nigmatovich, planned by the Tashkent State Dental Institute, is planned. At this conference, scientific research, techniques and technologies, modern methods of straightening teeth, carried out by scientists of prestigious medical and dental higher education institutions, scientific inspection institutes of South Korea, Germany, Russia and Uzbekistan in the field of orthopedic dentistry and orthodontics will be presented. opinions are exchanged on topics such as treatment methods and technologies, promising directions of digital dentistry, scientific research is discussed.

At this event, Rector of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, Nadir Kadyrovich Khaidarov, spoke and acknowledged that the main important aspect of the conference is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the birth of Professor Nigmatov Rakhmatilla Nigmatovich, who worked effectively at the Tashkent State Dental Institute for many years.

In particular, Rahmatulla Nigmatovich worked as an assistant, associate professor, and then professor at the "Orthopedic Dentistry and Orthodontics" department (1977-2014, first at the First Tashkent State Medical Institute, then at the Tashkent Medical Academy), and for many years worked as chairman. Association of Dentists of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2000-2015). ), after the establishment of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, he has been working as the head of the "Orthodontics and dental prostheses" department since 2014. Rahmatulla Nigmatovich is the author of more than 500 scientific works. Under his guidance, many candidates' and master's theses were defended.
