Faculty spiritual and educational work

The Faculty of Work with Foreign Students of the Tashkent State Stomatological Institute (TDSI) aims to develop foreign students not only academically, but also spiritually and culturally through its spiritual and educational work. When foreign students come to the institute, they gain a wealth of experience in the culture, traditions and history of Uzbekistan. These activities are carried out in the following areas:

Cultural and language learning activities: After international students arrive in Uzbekistan, in order to ensure cultural integration, activities are organized to introduce them to the history, culture, and customs of Uzbekistan. For example, by studying cultural traditions, national cuisine, art and literature, and music, students become closer to Uzbek culture.

Language learning and language development: Special attention is paid to ensuring the learning and good knowledge of the Uzbek language for foreign students. Special language courses, discussions and practical exercises are held at TDSI. These arouse interest in the Uzbek language among students and they improve their skills in understanding, communicating and writing.

Social and Cultural Events: Various cultural events and festivals are organized to ensure the spiritual development of international students. For example, through events such as international friendship days, art and culture exhibitions, theater and film nights, and national and international music nights, emphasis is placed on promoting cultural exchange and friendship among students.

Psychological and spiritual support for international students: International students may face difficulties in adapting to a new culture and environment. To overcome such situations, the institute provides psychological support and counseling services. This, in turn, helps to improve mutual understanding and spiritual well-being among students.

Friendship and cooperation with foreign students: Special groups and clubs are organized for foreign students, where they can participate in activities that help establish friendships and cooperation. This allows for more effective integration of foreign students into society.

National and International Holidays and Events: National holidays and international events of Uzbekistan (Independence Day, Navruz, International Student Day, etc.) are celebrated together with foreign students. These events provide many new cultural and spiritual experiences for students.

Working with the local community: International students are in constant contact with Uzbek students and the community, participating in various social and cultural events in the country. This helps students to integrate more with each other.

The Faculty of Work with Foreign Students of the Tashkent State Institute of Dentistry thus provides activities for foreign students, supporting their not only professional, but also cultural and spiritual development. This, in turn, strengthens intercultural dialogue and respect among students.
