LIST OF DOCUMENTS for admission to clinical residency (residency) at the Tashkent State Dental Institute for the 2024-2025 academic year

| 5. A document granting privileges for admission to studies in accordance with legislative documents. | Scan the document in color and send it as a single PDF file. |

If the documents are submitted correctly, a "Confirmation letter" will be sent to your e-mail.
A personal number (ID) will be sent to you in the "Confirmation Letter".
