On 30 March 2021 with the support of the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan 20 students of the bachelor’s and master’s degree of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, participated in an online seminar organized by the University of Dalhousie.
Online – seminar dedicated to «Complications of soft and hard tissues around dental implants: what do we need to know?» was held by professor of the Dentistry faculty Dr. H. Hemdem.
During the seminar, there were discussed the issues of the concepts of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis, epidemiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of peri-implant diseases, etc.
Upon completion of the course, all participants were granted with certificates on the allocation of 2.0 credits (CEC) in accordance with international requirements in the system of continual education.
