On may 26 of this year, in cooperation with the Department of youth work, spirituality and enlightenment, the 2nd Faculty of Dentistry, the Department of Social Sciences with the course of Bioethics and the Department of hospital orthodontic Dentistry, the Yashnabad district “Madad” service for legal assistance was organized by Mukhammadaliev oral Lafasovich in the framework of “legal concepts” 1. "Subsidy" 2. "Nikon matters" 3. An interview was held for professors and students on the topic of” new changes to the settlement " and other legal issues.

In order to increase the level of legal literacy of citizens in our country and further improve the system of free legal assistance to the population, on September 6, 2019, by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 741, the non-profit organization “Madad” in the form of an institution was established(https://ombudsman.uz/oz/docs/madad-nnt). the main purpose of this is to promote the increase of their legal knowledge and literacy by providing citizens with primary free legal assistance on legal issues.

At today's stage of the development of our country, moreover, in the construction and development of a democratic legal society, it is important to effectively use specific systems and forms of raising the legal consciousness and culture of the population. Because, paying attention to the experience of developed countries in this regard, it is impossible to develop a legal society in any society, first of all, without increasing the level of legal knowledge and literacy of citizens, without facilitating the implementation of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. This situation requires the introduction of modern methods in the current era of globalization, new and innovative ways of improving the legal knowledge and literacy of young people, sufficiently using the positive experiences of foreign countries in this regard. In addition, it serves to provide students with favorable conditions and opportunities to receive and use the necessary legal information in the area in which they live, when they want, and, moreover, to quickly provide qualified free legal assistance on various legal issues that exist in our social life.
